You apparently have enough time to go on multiple message boards and count the number of former MTs making comments continuously every single day. My response to you would be to stop reading it if it upsets you so much. I actually think it is the people still working in the MT “profession” are the ones complaining about how bad it is. The ones who talk about their “good jobs” are trying to offer encouragement to others to let them know that they have other options. A person does not have to be actively working to still have an interest in an occupation.
