I looked at work from Allegis/Veritext typing insurance work, and they were paying $1.50 per page. I turned them down because when I calculated out what I could earn for an hour's work, it didn't meet my minimum.
Allegis/Veritext is also looking for people to do legal depositions, those pay $1.75 to $3.00 per page, and you can earn fair pay there... but they have really exacting standards and there is a steep learning curve to start.
That Precise job is an almost scam-level pay rate.
