I totally get where the OP is coming from, unfortunately. I am still kicking myself for staying in this thankless job for more than 20 years and now I am out.
Please don't give into these horrible companies with their pittance of pay.
GET OUT!!!!!!!! It can be done and I should have done it 20 years ago. If this were even a halfway decent job, I could justify sticking with it, but it is garbage and the MTs are totally abused and I DON'T CARE WHAT YOUR SITUATION IS! Nuff said!
