QT lines not paid - Dumbfounded

Thanks to all who replied. Spoke to the owner and she explained that all lines in yellow are not paid, only if they have to be changed or words added,then you get paid for the characters. I have never run into this before on a straight typing job and in one case 12% of the grand total of lines were QT. As I enjoy the work, will just have to accept this. Do appreciate all your comments and I learned something along the way.
