We were told that our actual line count at the end of the day wouldn't necessarily be the correct line count. If we had work that went to QA and they were waiting for an answer from the dictator on something, it wouldn't count until later. Now, how does that work when it is the end of a pay period for us and it was still 'outstanding?' Good question and I need to check into that. I don't work for a clone but an actual healthcare facility who "gasp" still has a transcription department!
