other expenses, I believe they mean something like what sort of program they would need in order to do captioning. It's not like they just type in Word and upload the file when completed. Isn't there some sort of application one would need in order to type "live" into a captioning program? and how much would something like that cost?? We all just need more information. I do not think this is a scam, just poorly lacking more info. Thanks.
