only that it was quite good. That is not good enough for me. I am not going to cut any current employer loose without knowing exactly what I am getting paid. If they cannot give you an exact pay rate, why not? They are not dealing in physic calculations...just a simple line rate, shift differential if offered, and benefits if there are any.
I refused to go any further. Not wasting my time interviewing, testing, etc., to find out their pay is like everyone else or worse.
