She can't even be bothered to answer questions that MTs have. Almost every time an MT would send an email to the group asking how to do something, she would respond in a very rude tone and would come off as irritated that she was having to actually do her job and answer yet another question because she 100% failed to provide her MTs with the resources needed to do their jobs. Nine times out of ten, she would just tell you to look through all of the emails until you found the answer. I couldn't stand her. She was totally lazy and arrogant.
