I started working for them a few weeks ago and I agree with you. They have been awful. What I am really getting sick of is their arrogant, snooty responses to emails when people ask questions saying, "This was already sent in an email. Go find it." I get that they are an Australian company and they do some things much differently than we do in America, but I've never seen a company operate like this. The fact that there are absolutely no account specifics that we can refer to is completely ridiculous, yet they get all huffy and puffy when you make mistakes because you weren't aware of how to do something. I also might not be there very much longer either. And, yes, the reports are super short and it takes forever to build up any lines.
