We have what they call a typist page to refer to for just about anything. We also have a facebook page just for employees so we can ask questions and get help on matters. The typist page is very informative, but not what we are used to with the companies based in the USA. Syberscribe sounds like a nightmare. It sounds like a lot of time is wasted just trying to find basic information.
