The schedule I'm on right now is the one they can't get people to do...night shift. The day schedules are full plus I'm physically/mentally not good in the mornings due to health issues. Sometimes, I have a full load. Other times, it gives out with 3-4 hours left to go. They also are not keen on moving shifts around unfortunately.

Management was helpful when I asked to be put on their other platform too in case I run out on the other. The problem is the other platform runs out at about the same time too! It's so weird.
