I've sort of followed your saga, Sleepy. nThrive (formerly Precyse) has a few MT openings on their website. Full time employee status with benefits. I personally didn't like it but did manage to hang on there until I retired. The notorious awful manager is not there anymore. Not a shill or a suit, just trying to help.
