Lisa Gerace? - What is the deal

She has just posted an ad on the job board that says she is "trying to hire subcontractors," which sounds sketchy as all get out.  She didn't even post the pay rate, which I thought was a requirement of this board.  Does anyone know about this woman or have any experience working for her?  Having been recently burned by another contractor who I had subcontracted for (I wasn't paid), who had posted an an extremely similar to this, I am being extra cautious.
