to retrain on Emdat all the dictators that I already trained on EditScript. I work on a large account and even though Emdat is fine to work on, it's like starting all over and my production decreased by 100 dollars and I've worked hard to learn/re-learn Emdat because I worked on it years ago. It just seems so unfair to be paid 4 cpl and 1 cpl for Qualified Text.
In my situation, I get the feeling DeliverHealth will take the account away and send it overseas as soon as domestic MTs get it going and trained and working with very few edits. It takes about 6 months to train a dictator and we're talking residents who really only stay for so long, and then you start again with new residents. It never ends.
