I am wondering, do you send in your own invoice or do they just pay you? I just find it hard to believe any company hooked up with Nuance would do that, but if you submit your own invoice, then I am sure you just turn in the total lines and don't break it down. If you don't and they figured it, I would make sure you are being paid for all of the lines like you stated.
