I still, fortunately, work for a company for 20 years. When I first started we were paid our hourly rate and then production. I was close to $80,000 with excellent QA. In comes VR, I am now down to $50,000, but just production, which is still good. I don't see my job lasting more than a year. The bean counters are catching on.
