When accounts were kept to a manageable number - and dictators used

a lot of templates, especially for ops and procedures, that's when it was possible to rack up a great line count. Being familiar with the style of each dictator helped a whole lot, too. It's so brutal now with the never-ending learning curve for accounts and dictators.
