I hate to be a Debbie Downer, but I have been through this exact same thing before... either the insurance company has found a different platform to transcribe their work, similar to Epic, or they are transitioning to a new company of transcriptionists who can keep up with their work load. WW may have lost them as an account. good luck to all of you.
