Happy MT: How do you propose one gets good MT trainig when there are no longer any good training progams? I'm guessing you either came into MT "green," and had wonderful mentors (that no longer happens), or you want to an excellent school (none of those anymore), and lucked out that the field is still working for you.

I am glad you are happy, but I wouldn't encourage anyone new to go into this, especially someone who has zero training and can't get it anywhere.
