Before spending your money on any course do an internet search for jobs and see who is hiring with no experience. Very very very few in this field. Not impossible, but very difficult and the reason is that the training programs just teach you the basic. It takes 2-3 years to get up to speed with actually doing the job. With everyone paying by production initially you will struggle to even make minimum wage so keep that in mind. Career Steps has a good reputation but probably isn't honestly telling people how dismal the job market is.
