Yeah, I saw that training video & was like ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! Then they avoided answering any questions about their experience. When he uttered the words "since you are telling me I don't know what I'm doing", I knew this would be a big mistake. Been there, done that, guy lost his clients and I had to leave. He was looking for somebody grateful to have a job in the MT world regardless of how good you are at your job. Funny how they give you an IQ test and then are shocked when a person with a high IQ asks questions, LoL.
