I quit at the end of January and, to date, I am still owed five paychecks. While I never kept record of how many times I was paid late, I did save all of the check stubs and bank records of what I haven't been paid.

I filed a complaint with the IL DOL, but haven't heard one single word from them.

I'm willing to help in any way possible. God speed!
