I only applied with them because I was looking for a side gig to supplement my full-time IC job for when work is low and I liked that they had no minimum requirements and I could have worked when I wanted. I guess it's not worth it, though, if they are that awful and don't have enough work. Plus, I am totally turned off by the fact that they have left me completely hanging like this after I went through the entire onboarding process, only to have them ghost me.
