Not a good back up plan. It takes12-14 hours to get the 1500 lines. Some make more because they have easier centers to work on. My team lead was horrible. She admitted to cherry picking the good dictators. There are 2 managers. One is good, the other is not. Benefits are good but expensive. And you do not transcribe verbatim. You leave a lot of words out, shorten them and use abbreviations. They pay more per line, but you work much harder. There are much better places to work. Don't choose Patient First.
