I suspect the poster above who says they are honest hasn't been around long enough to discover all the dirt under the rug. They are a company that marches to their own beat. There are a lot of oddities, and their learning process is intense, time consuming and takes months. The content of the dictation is super easy as these are urgent care reports. They haves rules upon rules upon bizarre rules of how they want it all documented and a lot of dictators are horrendous. You need to have really thick skin to survive the training process. Their management style is from decades way in the past. They rule through threats and intimidation. They love to write people up for things that in the big picture of your employment history seem miniscule. The pros ... decent to exceptional pay in this dying profession and very good health insurance.
