Mostly autocorrect. I enter a lot of phrases that are used by a lot of the dictators (ie, cvrrr = Cardiovascular: Regular rate and rhythm). If I type cvrrr and nothing comes up, I enter it into autocorrect. I also think getting the patient number quickly into the word document helps. I turned off the automatic voice that speaks the patient number, so the number appears faster on the player and you can be typing it in faster. I hope that helps.
