Pros: Great benefits. If you have one of the good and fair TLs you will love it.
Cons: If you end up with the TL I had you will absolutely hate it. Poor training. Emails that tell you to do something a certain way then when you do you're counted off in QA- and no one cares when you produce the e-mail showing you were told to do it that way. Heaven forbid you fall short of your line counts by 5 lines - the TL from heck will treat you like a horrible being and threaten your job. The TL from heck also has favorites on the team who have no problem getting 3000 lines in 5 hours in but that's because they get the good work and newer folks are stuck on all the dictators from heck and struggle to get 1500 lines in 8 hours. Good luck and hope you get a good TL because if you don't senior management doesn't care.
