These MTSOs have layers of leads and QA people. Make them do the STATs. Leave us MTs alone to work when we want because that is a true IC. It's bad enough we don't get paid for our experience and cannot name our price, so do the STATs yourself, since you've created this monster. I agree with your post 100 percent. They can shove it where the sun don't shine.
