I have had no less than 25 or 30 accounts for my group to keep us "busy." They are constantly bringing in new accounts, taking old ones out. It's neverending. And yes, it is very frustrating and hurts line count. I know it hurts my line count because I will often end up on PM. They always get rid of the accounts that I'm just getting good on too, leaving the really bad ones.
It's been like this for years. I doubt it will change. You just have to be able to adapt pretty quickly. That's just the way it is.
I hope you get some good accounts soon.
