Don't know how long you've worked for this place, but don't you know by now that logic doesn't have a place here. To me it does make perfect sense to allow us to get proficient on accounts, but for some odd reason it doesn't work for them. You'd think the clients would love it as it seems there would probably be less mistakes, but like I said logic just goes over their heads and bottom line is $$$ for them, not for us. Like you say, your pay will take a hit while you're adjusting. Don't know how many times I've played that tired old record over and over - does no good to complain. Then, to rub more salt in the wound you had NJA. I wish you the best of luck.
