Perhaps that is what Aquity is doing, hiring for less and getting rid of those it pays more and the employee positions. Does the editing include any straight typing jobs in with it? If it does, then the pay would not be more than an IC. I wouldn't take a job for editing and straight that was the same amount. Just another way for the MTSO to make more money off the back of the MT.
