Just as a comparison on the Job Seeker;s Board, I see no difference - in the pay, sm

for employee versus independent contractor. It does seem to be the going rate is around 8 straight and 4 voice. I suppose there are a few employee positions that hire like 5 or 6 across the board, but that is for straight typing and voice, so doesn't make the pay any higher than an IC.
