to access their records and it took 5 minutes to install and takes seconds to log in. It's very efficient and simple.

I swear I don't understand why Nuance has such a horrible security tunnel that takes hours and hours to download, takes up so much disk and memory, lags, and takes so long to log in.

It's unbelievable Nuance is deemed a tech company.
