I have done some QA but still don't see a - total lack of knowledge

of English grammar and punctuation among MTs. I suppose it could depend on the age of the MT, where the older MTs might have had a better education. If you are dealing with younger MTs or MTs with a subpar education, maybe you see a lack of knowledge. Do you have a lot of younger, less experienced MTs where you work?
