so hard for me to read as I was let go a while back and low volume was mentioned in my phone call. Even though I had over almost my entire 104 hours left and quite a bit of PTO because I had not had NJA to the point of using either of those in the past year. I did consider myself lucky or fortunate or whatever in that regard. I was one who would keep trying for jobs after getting NJA until I almost always made up my time.
I am bittersweet about the loss of this job, but its the push I needed to find something better. Good luck to you all who remain with this company, just be prepared....I was not.
