I remember that in one of the emails. I talked to him about it not long ago when NJA was daily for most of my shift. I don't really see what he can do about it other than be more upfront with us, which I mentioned. It's up to the people above him to hire and schedule.
I'm in the same boat you are. This is my only income. I am single, no kids. I live with my mother because I can't afford anything else. I am disabled and sick but I can't get social security/food benefit because I "make too much." Since I have so little PTO (3 hours last time I checked), I have to use no pay. There isn't a choice for me other than quit and I can't do that either.
I'm still looking for other work at home since that's what I'm able to do but so far I can't find anything that is paying better or has a better "environment" than this. Still looking, though.
