Same team. So work was great, then disappeared abruptly in May last year after the holiday weekend, no explanation. Then four horrible months of NJA, FINALLY started to pick up around what? November? Decent all the way to Christmas.

Then we have the traditional holiday slowdown. Expected and fine. So three weeks into January and I have LESS work this week than I had last week??! When I worked in house things picked up about second week in January, normal by the third.

What changed? What is up with holidays and work disappearing?? Why would be ovrrstaffed now if we weren’t before?
