around 12 years or so now, but feel I was given the IC status because I had no choice. I would prefer to be an employee, as the pay isn't any better as an IC, so what's the point in having to pay self-employment tax when my IC status is just a farce. I know, I know, you can take things off your taxes. Not much there to take off.
