Also, try doing a Google for MT search using the procedure name plus 'transcription sample report.' You can also google to find a specialized google site meant for medical transcriptionists, then bookmark it in your favorites and use that exclusively for your research. I suspect your report is a laparoscopic cholecystectomy, so that plus 'transcription sample report yielded quite a few samples for me. Try it, you'll like it.
