What is wrong with these people. This physician dictates - sm

We reviewed his EKG and then asks someone in the background has he had an EKG.  They don't even care what they dictate.  It is amazing to me that I am supposed to be so meticulous and get it right, but I have this to contend with on a regular basis.  Just venting.  Thanks
