foibles or missteps by dictators does not mean I or any other MTs accept poor dictation habits, and we are not the ones who have caused the decline in this career by not demanding excellent and perfect dictation at all times. There are many factors for the decline of MT happening. All I am saying is one sometimes has to roll with the punches and not get sidelined or bent out of shape by every little annoyance or perceived slight done by dictators. Your analogy about scrubbing becoming a requirement causing fewer patient to die is not the equivalent of accepting some minor inconveniences that dictators present to our jobs ruining the MT profession.
