Maybe the problem was something they thought you could have fixed before having to call Tech Support?
Sometimes crazy things will happen and the system will just freeze up. Just log out and reboot the computer or try some of the things the other posters have mentioned.
Lost reports are unfortunately a lousy part of this job and then you have to try to make up the time you lost going through the whole ordeal!
