Honestly, I'm not really sure. I think I'm just supposed to leave it as production. So, I will have lost the lines for that report as I wasn't able to spell check or upload and I'm assuming I will have minutes added to my inactive time for the time I spent on the phone with Support. Cannot win with this *_#&_&_ company!
