That’s what you use if the issue is limited to your equipment. If the issue is company wide, as when Fluency goes down and affects a big group of us and we can’t work, then you would use MModal Technical Downtime. You need to enter the ticket number in the comments box. Continuing education is what you use when you’re completing HIPAA training, etc. As far as I know, we’re still using them.
