The state refers me back to the County and the county states I do not need one for what I do. If I was an exotic dancer I could get one. I would be more than happy to pay for a license if someone would give me one. LOL. There is a new law in Calif regarding IC versus employee, but try as I might I can't find any way to comply with what he wants and the client is not helping.
