Of course it happens from time to time when one mean MTSO with mental health problems might smear an employee or 2 and cause them to have trouble finding work. But it's not the major problem you are trying to make this out to be. We (MTs) are probably the ones making MTSOs lives a living hell by talking about their bad behavior and poor treatment of us more than they are making our lives miserable. So is the best you can do to counter your argument that you are right and I am wrong is to tell me I'm full of it???
