and switch it to another company with better quality and TAT. I've worked for several companies with the same accounts. The MTSOs have to pay money to Nuance if the TAT and/or quality isn't followed to Nuance's specifications. That's why the pay is so low. That's also why some companies charge the MT money if they use QA. I think the contracts these MTSOs have made with Nuance are not lucrative unless they can find MTs to take the low pay and put up with the no work part of the deal.

When you choose a reason to send to QA, scroll the list and look at how many companies have access to the work. It's all in initials, but it's right there for you to see who else does these accounts. It's really not just one MTSO like they claim to you on hire. It's many and it's because of TAT and quality.

Another thing to look out for is the facilities contacting Nuance and Nuance contacts the MTSO with a transcriptionist's ID number that they no longer want servicing the account. The MTSO has to pull that MT from the pool.

Nuance has total control; don't let any of these MTSOs tell you otherwise.
