She should - be putting that sm

in the job posting if it's so important to her and she's too disorganized or doesn't feel like doing the extra work, which is basically what she is stating in her Dear Applicants post over on the Job Seeker's Board.

The best way is to just state these demands in your job ad and one should also consider following the rules of the board for posting a job ad. There is a sample way to do it provided on that board for recruiters. Trish's job post is just a paragraph and isn't really formal at all.

Most companies ask you copy and paste your resume in an e-mail to them because they do not want to open attachments (smart), so those MTSOs must have a way of renaming the content of the e-mail, so why is she speaking for other MTSOs in her condescending post?
Other companies direct you to their website to fill out an application, send a resume, test, etc. Those are more professional postings as well.

I also think someone on here calling someone an idiot for the way they name their resume are out of line, but they are also probably on here claiming this used to be a kind board. There's something called "ignore and scroll past" and it's very easy to do.

I don't want any job where management comes on here and defends themselves. There's no need. If all you need are resumes and to fill a position, then just do that and forget about the rest. You'll be less stressed. Also, maybe look online at how to be more efficient as a business or as a recruiter because some of us are turned off by her post, so it's obviously not a great way to recruit or represent your company in a public way and shouts negativity and, again, not professional at all.
