It is the employer's responsibility to save resumes they want to - review for later and name them appropriately SM

We have no way to know if our resume attracted someone's attention or not.

Employers are lazy and careless too. I have heard more than a few times "you sent me your resume? Send it again, I didn't get it (or can't find it)." What kind of impression does that employer make on me with THEIR carelessness?

I always put my name on mine and the date, so it's their responsibility to save it under a new name that makes sense to them, or write my name in their notes to review my resume again if they want me so badly.

Each one has to do their part. The burden isn't all on us.

What do you think I should name it to make it "jump out" at the employer?

Trixie-Pixie-Foo-Foo-10/30/19-PERFECT-RESUME-HIRE-ME!!!!!

That looks professional and unique enough to definitely catch an employer's attention, right into the trash.
