When are you going to get back to me to test? Since it's been over 2 weeks now, I have to assume you asked me to test but did not bother to followup. As a job seeker, it's not my job to beg you to test. You posted a position, I applied, you asked me to test, and now nothing. Please do your job as a recruiter and follow up on your requests because I will delete your e-mail since you have a lack of communication (first impressions are everything). I know for a fact other MTs feel the same way regarding following up once a resume has been submitted as it has been posted many times here. Our time is just as important as your time. I honestly think your post is out of line and unprofessional and pretty much sums up your feelings about MTs and having to do your own job.

Furthermore, if the resume looked really amazing and I really wanted to speak with this candidate, I would certainly take the time to save it in any way that would make my life easier.

Don't be a twit. Also, don't recruit other unsuspecting MTSOs on your posts. If they do agree with you, please mention them specifically in your post as well as their contact information. Speaking for others only makes you look worse.
